Daniel Lang
Daniel Lang is an occupational therapist who specializes in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based approach that centers polyvagal theory, physiology, and instinct. He integrates SE with holistic health education and greatly enjoys helping clients tap into their vitality, their sense of aliveness and wonder. Trauma and chronic stress often result in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of touch with oneself, and Daniel uses gentle and intuitive processes to release old patterns so new channels can form. He merges SE and holism with qigong and sensory integration so increased awareness can be accessed anywhere, at any time, from within the body. Creativity and imagination are central to his approach.
