    Tonia blends her life-long passion for embracing life through ancient traditions and wisdom with more than 20 years of experience as a scientist and leader in the environmental and engineering consulting sectors. Her formal education in geology and business is complemented by extensive training, certifications, and apprenticeships in holistic practices, including shamanic energy medicine, reiki, yoga, breathwork, meditation, coaching (i.e., integrated life, health, team and leadership), plant medicine, and the ceremonial arts. This diverse background enables Tonia to offer a fresh, heart-centered approach to life and leadership. With her enthusiasm, inner fire, and guidance from Spirit, she is dedicated to advancing Wild Minnow’s mission and actively contributing to the growth and evolution of humanity.

    Jessica is dedicated to providing opportunities for energetic expansion through ceremony, ritual, creative expression, healing sound, and plant medicine to empower individuals to align with Source and their highest destiny.  A sanctioned wisdom-keeper of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition™️: Cross-Cultural Shamanic Arts, Jessica creates educational and immersive experiences that nurture self-inquiry, transform intra- and inter-personal relationships,  and encourage harmonized, heart-centered leadership. Drawing upon more than twenty years of experience working with individuals and teams in the public sector, including eight years in public education, and integrating extensive training and apprenticeship in plant medicine, shamanic energy medicine, and sacred ceremonial arts, Jessica invigorates pathways of wholeness to empower and cultivate cultures of inspired creativity, dynamic growth and expansion for the Common Good.

    Jose Tomas carries a deep love and respect for the Earth, along with a strong bond with the plant spirit of mama aya, cultivated over a decade of living and working with this sacred plant medicine in the Peruvian Amazon. He has organized immersive pilgrimages and experiences for groups ranging from one person to hundreds across the US, Canada, Europe, and South America. Committed to being a steward and guardian of the earth, Jose Tomas ensures that individuals that he works with on their journey feel supported, safe, and nurtured as they deepen their connection with the unseen world.

    Nicole is an accredited Creative Mindfulness for Kids practitioner, holistic teacher, and published author. She is patient, kind, caring and creative professional with 13 years of experience as a public school teacher in Germany. She believes deeply in the healing power of mindfulness, Love, poetry and creation. Nicole is especially passionate about helping sensitive souls embrace their gifts as a superpower in a world that is not used to welcoming all feelings. Her work is characterized as respectful, mindful, non-judgemental, playful and creative approach to help children and adults overcome self-doubts, fears and achieve their goals. Nicole is enthusiastic in helping children on their way to adulthood as well as to help adults to live authentically and to embrace their humanness. Her work also includes online courses, Co-Creative Conversations, written guidance for the spiritual journey, as well as in-person workshops and day-retreats in Ireland.

Tamara started her career in massage therapy and has studied many modalities over the years to be able to connect intentionally to our multidimensional natures, mind, body & spirit. Tamara not only practices these modalities but she has been called to teach others how to find these layers within themselves. She is passionate about guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and healing. Tamara’s approach is deeply rooted in whol-istic healing, breathwork, mindfulness, and shamanic techniques, offering a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices. Her work is dedicated to helping individuals connect with their true selves, break free from limiting stories, and embrace their multidimensional nature.     Dr. Lou Walters is a naturopathic doctor at The Source Wellness Center.  He graduated summa cum laude from the National University of Natural Medicine.  Before Dr. Lou was a doctor, he was a patient.  He suffered for years with depression, insomnia, pain, obesity, GI issues, and eczema.  When he moved beyond treating the symptoms he transformed his health and the quality of his life.  Becoming a naturopathic doctor was not a choice, but a calling to help others transform their health and lives.     Meredith McCowan is a Professional Astrologer practicing in St. Paul, MN, USA. Astrology found its way to her as an adult after a lifelong interest in science, metaphysics, astronomy and spirituality. Meredith practices Evolutionary Astrology which focuses on the idea that we are spiritual beings having a temporary physical human experience. Meredith is also a dream worker and certified in Reiki as well as crystal healing.     Daniel Lang is an occupational therapist who specializes in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based approach that centers polyvagal theory, physiology, and instinct. He integrates SE with holistic health education and greatly enjoys helping clients tap into their vitality, their sense of aliveness and wonder. Trauma and chronic stress often result in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of touch with oneself, and Daniel uses gentle and intuitive processes to release old patterns so new channels can form. He merges SE and holism with qigong and sensory integration so increased awareness can be accessed anywhere, at any time, from within the body. Creativity and imagination are central to his approach.
